About the After-Sales Policy 

Return and exchange policy: Lidao Mro Mall promises returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met: 

 1. If the product model or brand you received does not match the agreement in the contract/PI, or if the goods are incorrect, you can return or exchange them for free. 

 2. The packaging of the goods you received was intact, but after opening the box, the goods were damaged, or the equipment could not be powered on and operated normally during testing. 

 3. The goods you received have been confirmed as counterfeit and substandard products. 

 Return Policy: 

 1. For orders eligible for return, please be sure to confirm the issue while also preserving the received goods. 

 2. Please make sure to keep all evidence so that communication between you, me, the factory, and after-sales service can be smoother and faster. 

 3. After you reach an agreement with the after-sales service representative regarding return or exchange terms, our company will notify the courier to pick up the goods from your company. Please cooperate in providing the goods to the courier for return. 

 4. Once we receive the return, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you within 2 weeks. 

 After-sales Service Policy: 

 1. Brand product after-sales policy strictly adheres to the original factory service policy. Free repair for non-human damage within the warranty period, and maintenance as agreed upon beyond the warranty period. 

 2. OEM/Lidao Mro Mall's own brand, the repair policy is implemented according to our cooperation agreement with your company. 

 3. When your product has issues or is damaged, please contact our service personnel immediately. We will arrange for an engineer to provide remote guidance for repairs. If the repair cannot be completed, the service personnel will arrange for you to send the goods back.
